VodoMax employs Flex-Plastic Technology to eliminate the use of metal spring as compared to conventional food disher design. The missing spring reduces the complexity in its overall mechanism. This feature also eliminates the possibility for metal spring pop-out during operation. And most importantly, it is much easier to clean, no food residues will remain on the food disher to contaminate your food.
